Our Coaches

The San Diego Sockers coaching staff is comprised of dynamic, energetic, knowledgeable coaches. The collaborative coaching team includes individuals who have played every level and type of soccer from recreational to pro and worked in the US Development and European Academies, college and high school programs, and a variety of competitive club programs.

Our coaches understand that they are coaching young people, not just athletes, and focus on creating a positive culture, centered on developing each individual and team. Under the direction of Executive Directors, Kraig Chiles and Nate Heatherington, the coaching staff “represents an organization that puts the kids first. We pride ourselves in positive coaching in a competitive environment.”
