CAMPS AND CLINICS

The San Diego Sockers Youth club offers a variety of engaging and educational camps throughout the year for field, futsal, and beach soccer. Most of our soccer camps are open to players of any level, from any club, unless otherwise noted.

Recreational and Competitive clinics are held regularly throughout year. Dates, times and locations will generally be announced at least two weeks in advance.

San Diego Sockers youth competitive players participate in our Specialty Training Program (STP), directed by The Soccer Institute with its founder, Mark O’Sullivan. The STP provides opportunity for players to focus on individual development outside of the regular team trainings. STP sessions encourage and instill regular player participation and passion in the game, improve Game habits and Game IQ, and provide access for further development as people and players. Each month’s STP sessions will be centered around a different concept or focus such as technical challenges, position specific sessions with video analysis, game scenarios, and mini-tournaments.

Our competitive team goalies train under the direction of Chris Toth, keeper for the MASL San Diego Sockers and member of the U.S. National Beach Soccer team.  Trainings are held weekly throughout the year.  Keepers are added to the training schedule by their coaches.

goalie camp

Goalies from all clubs are eligible to sign up for our specialty goalie camp led by US National Beach team and multiple MASL Goalkeeper of the Year award winner Chris Toth. Coach Chris develops keepers into some of the best in the county and region, building their technical abilities and soccer IQ.

Spring Futsal Clinics

Our popular futsal clinics back give players a fun and quick-paced environment to develop skills and soccer IQ. Played indoors, futsal is similar to indoor arena soccer, but there are no walls, increasing the challenge for ball control and skill development.

Registration for Spring futsal will open early in 2026.
