Coaches
We take pride in our diverse and experienced coaching staff. Our coaches bring their diverse player experience from professional, collegiate, adult, and youth organizations under a unified philosophy of developing people in a positive, supportive culture. When we say #weloveourcoaches, it reflects our emphasis on recruiting and supporting coaches who reflect our values and care about their players above all.
At the Cardiff Sockers, players have the opportunity to work with a variety of coaches through formal programs, such as the Specialty Training Program offerings and team camp, and through informal collaborations, such as cross-team trainings and the general collegiality of our coaches in trainings and games.
